42-year-old mother of One Direction member dies from cancer
Johannah Deakin mother of 1D member Louis Tomlinson passed away at the age of 42. This Wednesday December 7th after her battle with Leukemia, tells husband Dan Deakin in official statement released today Friday December 9th.
Earlier this year the mother of seven had been diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukemia. Since May Johannah has been hospitalised at the University College London Hospital.
One Direction fans and friends of Tomlinson, including Simon Cowel, 1D bandmates and former bandmate Zayn Malik, have taken it to social media to show their support and offer their condolences accros the network.
The hashtag #RIPJohannah has been the top trending topic on twitter since the official statement from her husband, Dan Deakin to Us Weekly had been released. Dan called Johannah an “amazing mother” of her seven children Louis (24), Lotte (18), Félicité (16) twins Phoebe and Daisy (12), Ernest and Doris (2) and “an incredibly proud grandmother” to Freddie Tomlinson, Louis’ 10-month-old son.
Tomlinson is reportedly expected to perform a tribute to his mother on the X Factor finale Saturday night. It was said to be her ''dying wish'' that her son would perform live on the show as tribute to her. Sending love and prayers to Louis and his family. Rest in peace Johannah.
