Popstar Ariana Grande is paying a tribute to her ex - boyfriends and fiancé on her brand new single ''Thank U, Next''. The song dropped with no warning on Sunday night Nov. 3rd and became an instant hit! The singer also reveals ''Thank U, Next'' to be the new title of her upcoming 5th studio album.
Grande is thankful for her exes she sings in her latest release ‘’Thank U, Next’’ mentioning her relationships with Big Sean, Ricky Alvarez, Pete Davidson and Malcolm Miller. A strong, emotional and catchy song about selflove, growth and gratitude. She also reveals to have found a new love in her life also known as ‘’ARI’’ herself. Finding herself in the process of love and loss she shows to have learned a lot from the past to become a better and stronger version of herself.
The song came as a huge surprise with no warning on an unusual day of the week and appeared after her recent split with ex-fiancé Pete Davidson and the tragic death of ex-boyfriend Malcolm Miller.
Grande has been talking to her fans on twitter all night giving them all the details on ‘’Thank U, Next’’, confirming this isn’t a song to drag or shade just love.
Like she sings ''Least this song is a smash'' she was right. ''Thank U, Next'' has been positively received by people all over the world. Making the song hit #1 on the charts & earning nearly 8.2 million streams on Spotify in one day breaking all records.
She also confirms ''Thank U, Next'' to be the title for her upcoming 5th studio album. The album will be featuring 12 tracks with no collaborations.

When the album will be released has yet to be revealed. The singer replied a fan on twitter today saying she’s still working on finishing it.
